Charity Insolvency Advisors

We offer the UK’s only service dedicated to helping charities and not-for-profit organisations in financial difficulty.

Our charity insolvency service has been created by specialists at Lucas Johnson who have experience in dealing with charities and not-for-profit organisations facing insolvency.

Lucas Johnson’s Insolvency Practitioners were responsible for the first ever rescue of a national charity with a benefit pension scheme deficit, through use of a Company Voluntary Arrangement. We have worked with many charities from all parts of the country to minimise the impact of financial difficulties on a charity’s staff, directors, creditors and those who make use of the charity.

Every charity is founded and run by people who are passionate about supporting others. We aim to give every charity who requests our advice a service tailored for their scenario to help them best cope with or recover from insolvency.

This website provides assistance with charity liquidations, winding up a charity, recovery and other insolvent situations. For more specific information or to speak to an advisor about your situation, please contact us. We are happy to work with charities and not-for-profit organisations of any size.
